Research Topics
Abstracts should describe research relevant to one of the following topics:
Clinical Forensic Medicine (physical-, sexual-violence, etc)
Forensic Medicine (e.g., forensic pathology, forensic imaging)
Identification, conservation and preservation of human remains (DNA-Analysis, anthropology, and archaeology, management of the dead in catastrophes)
Biometrics (e.g., securing of evidence, methodology of criminal technical units, Crime Scene Management)
Legal Issues (e.g., transplantation laws, organ and tissue bank set-up)
Psycho–Social Aspects (e.g., gender-based violence, posttraumatic stress disorder)
Medical Education (e.g., Development of Forensic-related curricula)
Other relevant research projects in the field of forensic sciences
